Of your unfinished plans and your life in the air?

Perception meets truth, if that’s your cross to bear

Weakness and blame will carry you there

Lost by a nose again

I could never keep it to myself

Not always obvious

When it tells me what smells

I’d like to think that there is more to me

Than we spend all our lives pretending to be

When an echo of truth can be louder than a scream
