When the ship touched on the landing

They knew

Here to stay, promised day

Many years of aimless travelling

Were through

All those years

Years of tears

And they kissed the earth of promised land

Never thinking that their sand was burning

And the sons of the sons of the sons

Found out

That the fire of the stars and the sands

Go out

All the remnants of the nation came soon

The old and worn and newly born

And they ploughed the people into the land
