Well the night goes on forever when you try and make it last

We were passing time together just by laying in the grass

And we stared into the heavens and we saw the worlds collide

We were lying still and watching, they were flying through the sky

Well the moonlight has a way of throwing shadows on the night

Would have been a shame to waste the only space we had to hide

Then the morning glow grew brighter, shining light upon our faces

We faded with the dawn and went our separate ways

Is everyone that easy?

Do they all just play the fool?
