Before the war of the worlds I draw closer till it’s all over

The All Knowing knocking doors till they all open

I crawl hoping for a moment to stand

What’s going through a mans mind media land minds

They feeding on a mans pride

Bleeding and can’t find a tourniquet

This evil got its thorn in my side and keeps turning it

People we were born to survive and be permanent

Learning to speak but I’m worried if its long range

Surely the speakers will reassure they want change

Hurry the reaper is burying the whole game hold it

We maintain the same pain but can’t show it

From hand made to brand name gangs to famed poets

Planting seeds and yet they can’t sow it

Got me standing in the hands of thieves

Planning a take over

I’m demanding that they break open

They the poison in the lung that shrank

From chain smoking

I blame the choking on the air that we breath

Inhale the atmosphere of careless greed

Restore the people to the place they coincide

With the omnipotent glory of God is infinite

The intricate meanings of life define innocence

Divine instruments

Depending on who breathe through it

Designed with a sense of harmony

Arm me with sheet music

The type the meek speak fluent

Till I’m knee deep in ruins

With a seed that keeps blooming from concrete

Pursuing an illuminate kiss

Competing with a lunar eclipse

I’m speaking of the tunes we equip

With a T.V. and a super model

The inherent need to be free

From who we choose to follow

And the tools we use to hollow our existence

I refuse to loose this battle

Choose the power in resistance

In the hour of indifference where the innocent bleed
