Incomplete - Obscenity

Stigmatized and sespaired, inner domination

Suddenly it appeared and pulled me into its spell

An incomplete shape with these limbs

Possessed of just one thought

An alien element, a defect like a needle in a heart

Incomplete, take them away

Incomplete, amputate me

Take them away

Life, devoured only by this thought I determined to have my legs removed

They don’t belong to me, they don’t feel like mine

They extend beyond where I feel my body should end

Like an evil sore that grew together with my hip

Bodily infirmed, rid me of these limbs

These legs, are extraneous

Useless, superfluous

An anathema, a burden

Agony, at best they’re a nuisance to me

Take them away, amputate me

I don’t need them, it’s got to happen

Completely obsessed, hate and aversion against my body, against my legs

My shape is incomplete with these four limbs

A part of the body but not a part of me

Take them away, amputate me

I don’t need them, cut them off

Incomplete, take them away

I imagine and live my life mentally as an amputee

Renting a wheelchair to get a sense of how my life should be

There are things that I won’t be able to do anymore

But when I settled into the chair it was like coming home
