Sometimes I stop and think about

The way things used to be

Freeways didn’t come through yards

To put two arms around a girl, was going pretty far

A little was a lot to us

But people seemed to have more trust

My first fight was second hand

And anything worth having, came for free

There were times when times were tough

The world to day is different than before
