He spend so long trying not to grow up

Somehow he missed watching the other flowers open up

Me too, I feel I say that for the both of us

Difference is I never take it out on those I love

But trust me man, I could relate to daddy problems

But I have never seen a face quite as scared as your sister’s

If I never saw that fear again I would never miss it

I really hope you never beg her for forgiveness

Because I know in my heart she would give it

Despite the fact you stole her childhood in bits

And used a few boxes from her to feed your addiction

You took more from her than some things that went missing

You stole from her her trust and her siblings

But everyone’s afraid you’d go to neverland

We fear you might leave this earth and never land

You don’t wanna grow into a better man

You just wanna stay the same

And really when it’s all been said and done

Everyone’s afraid of setting suns

But I would rather walk and never run

Than stay and put my faith in neverland

And I don’t wanna grow old either

But that’s no reason to feel like you’ve been slighted

To treat your family like you’re in different sides

And only fix your side to the horizon

But I still like to think if you could see what you’ve done

To the people that you love

You would change and stop fighting

But of anyone like you’re blaming on your mum

Whilst she’s the only one who’s still on your side man

I don’t understand that, find it disappointing

Almost feels to me like you are just afraid of choices

And these are tricks that you’ve learn to avoid them

By how to point fingers and speak in loud voices

But honestly that would only feed your suffering

Lost boys have to grow into someone

Or come midnight that couch would be your pumpkin

And nobody will owe you nothing

Some boys have to grow up slow

Some boys never really grow old

He traded in his living hell for tinkerbell

Got lost, never really came home
